Mr. Guadagnolo is a native of South Florida. After graduating from high school, he attended the University of North Florida where he earned his B.A. in Business Management. While attending the University of North Florida, he was a member of the Men’s D1 Basketball Team. Mr. Guadagnolo furthered his education by receiving his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Board School of Law, in 2013 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014. He has been a litigation lawyer ever since.
Prior to joining Richard Celler Legal, P.A., Mr. Guadagnolo worked as an in-house trial attorney for one of the largest insurance companies in the state of Florida. In this role he gained valuable litigation experience and intuition from the defense side of the law (representing corporations).
Outside of his law practice, Mr. Guadagnolo is an avid sports fan and youth basketball coach, and enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and his dog.
At Celler Legal, Mr. Guadagnolo joined Richard Celler Legal, P.A based on his passion and desire to assist employees in a variety of employment law related matters, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour/unpaid wages claims.
