Jeremy James Jackson is an employment attorney with Richard Celler Legal, P.A., representing workers in disputes over their rights on the job. His practice focuses on claims involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unpaid wages, overtime violations, whistleblower protections, and other employment-related issues. His legal background also includes family law, landlord-tenant disputes, insurance defense, and civil litigation.

Jeremy’s academic path reflects a range of interests beyond traditional legal practice. He received his B.A. in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University–New Brunswick in 2011, followed by his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law–Newark in
2014. He later pursued advanced legal study at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, earning an LL.M. in Taxation in 2019. At Rutgers Law, he served as Academic Vice President of the Association of Black Law Students and participated in the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and Phi Alpha Delta.

Raised in southern New Jersey, before beginning his legal career, Jeremy served in the New Jersey Air National Guard while attending college. Among his military duties was providing funeral honors for veterans, an experience that formed part of his service
to the community. Jeremy has been a member of the New Jersey Bar since 2014 and the Florida Bar since 2015. He is also authorized to practice before Florida’s federal district courts.

When he’s away from the office, Jeremy keeps up with four professional sports teams: the New York Jets, New York Mets, Miami Heat, and Florida Panthers. Following that group has given him plenty of firsthand experience with the patience and perseverance he brings to his work.
