Andres Kroboth is a Partner at Richard Celler Legal focused on high-stakes employment litigation. He represents employees in complex disputes involving discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower claims, and wage and hour violations, and is known for aggressively advocating on behalf of his clients.

Andres has extensive experience litigating cases from pre-suit through trial. His practice is centered on building strong, trial-ready cases and positioning matters for maximum recovery, whether through verdict or settlement.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Andres moved to Chicago at a young age before later relocating to South Florida. He graduated summa cum laude from Florida International University with a double-major in International Relations and Political Science.

Andres earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, where he competed in trial and appellate advocacy competitions and was awarded “Best Advocate” in a statewide trial competition.

Outside of his practice, Andres is an avid South Florida sports fan, through the good and the bad (mostly bad), and dedicates his free time to lowering his golf handicap.
