Does your inquiry involve you refusing to get a mandatory Covid vaccination in the workplace?

Unfortunately, it is not illegal for an employer to mandate that all employees get vaccinated in the workplace. Accordingly, there is not much that our firm can do here legally to assist you in this regard.

The only exceptions to the vaccine mandates by the employer, or if the employee can prove, through proper paperwork and documentation, that they cannot get the vaccine for medical or religious reasons.
